The real estate developer, Omniyat, reported that an anonymous buyer has bought the largest penthouse apartment in their One Palm building for a staggering 102 million AED (equal to 27.7 million USD). The previous record was 60 million AED. Prices in the One Palm building start at AED 12.5 million. The apartment offers panoramic views on the Dubai Marina and the Persian Gulf.
